Has advised both small start-ups and large corporate businesses, real estate, consumer services, banking and retail in the technology (IT) sector.

Has complete higher education in the specialty "Commercial Law", qualification level - Master's degree (diploma with honors). Certificate of the right to practice law No. 76 dated 28.11.2019. Has a number of certificates for improving hard and soft skills.

Lozovyi Volodymyr

Project manager

Has over 10 years of successful experience in business management and project support.

Has over 10 years of successful experience in providing legal services, including taxation, legal business transformation and technology (IT)

Worked at CIVITTA, the Ukrainian market leader in strategic consulting. He founded Artellence, a machine learning-based company that develops innovative methods for analyzing big data from open sources. Has been a speaker at about 10 major business conferences in Ukraine in the areas of banking, MFIs, marketing, PR, and politics. He runs the Big Data Future Telegram channel, where he shares his thoughts on AI and big data with over 1 thousand subscribers.

Studied at NTUU "KPI", Institute of Applied Systems Analysis, specializing in Decision Making Systems and Methods. He received a master's degree in Finance at KYIV SCHOOL OF ECONOMICS.

Lytvynenko Ihor

IT specialist

Has more than 15 years of experience in the technical field, of which 13 years — on the position of CTO.

From 2008 to the present, he has been involved in several dozen different IT projects built on different technologies, with different scales and lasting for different periods of time. He has extensive experience in developing web services, mobile applications, backend services, architecture development, CI/CD and DevOps implementation. He worked in the areas of Big Data, Open Data, FinTech, and IoT.

He received a master's degree in Computer Science and Cybernetics from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. He also studied at the Kyiv School of Economics, majoring in Economic Analysis.

Rudyi Vasyl

IT Specialist

Has more than 8 years of experience in technical projects

Has more than 15 years of experience in the technical field, of which 13 years — on the position of CTO.

Has experience with technologies: Python, Java; IDEs: PyCharm, Jupyter, Intellij; IDEA, Android Studio, Eclipse; MongoDB, MySQL, Firebase; CVS: Git; Spark, Docker; CI/CD, Airflow; Grpc, XML, REST, JSON, HTML, Node.js. Developed backend and microservices on FastAPI.Worked in the areas of health and life, data analysis.

Studied at the NTUU "KPI" IASA, majoring in Computer Science and Information Technology.

Sokol Svitlana

Accountant

Has about 20 years of successful experience in accounting support and audit of companies in Ukraine.

Has experience in preparing IFRS reports for the NBU, the State Financial Monitoring Service, and the State Commission for Regulation of Financial Services Markets.

Studied at The National Academy of Statistics, Accounting and Audit, receiving a level of Specialist in Accounting and audit.
